- Clarence has 26 years of finance and accounting experience including investment and corporate finance, as well as private equity and venture capital
- Prior to joining Orchestra, Clarence was the CFO and CIO at Adval Capital and at Singapore Flyer
- He holds a CPA equivalent from Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) UK. He is a Singaporean citizen and fluent in English and Chinese

- Jaesuk previously worked as a consultant for 5 years, focused on CDD and post-acquisition projects with Bain & Company and L.E.K. Consulting
- He was a Senior Associate at their Seoul and London offices and worked on M&A-projects for financial and strategic investors in sectors including franchising, cosmetics, e-commerce, specialty chemicals, and renewable energy

- Motoya Kitamura is an Operating Partner with Orchestra. He also supports IR in Japan. Motoya is based in Tokyo (part-time engagement)

- Ah Rum has more than 10 years of experience in Private Equity Funds. Prior to Orchestra, Ahrum was with Excelsior Capital, a Hong Kong based private equity firm. She covered IR and middle office in Seoul, while leading fundraising and fund management efforts in Korea
- Ahrum also worked with Korea Investment Corporation (“KIC”) in Private Equity Team for multiple years
